Our six steps
Step 1:
(FEASIBILITY)
An initial meeting to discuss the outline brief of your project. This followed by an appraisal of what you would like and how feasible it is, given your time and budget; confirmation in writing of the project outline, the team involved (including other consultants who may be required) along with our ways of working with you.
Step 2:
(DESIGN)
Responding to your brief with our ideas, including initial sketches; establishing your budget and schedule/timeframe; addressing your energy needs; identifying sustainable materials alongside any environmental issues: and liaising with statutory authorities prior to submitting applications.
Step 3:
(PLANNING)
Producing and submitting applications where applicable for; “Permis de Construir” (PC) – (Planning application for a building permit) for approval.
Step 4:
(PRE-CONSTRUCTION)
Developing the detailed design from the schematic concept; producing a set of drawings for construction, preparing tender documentation to invite estimates (devis) and where required making recommendations, evaluating tender cost returns; as submitting for “Permis de Construir” approval.
Step 5:
(CONSTRUCTION)
Issuing information to the contract; arranging for the works to commence “Déclaration d’ouverture de chantier” – Commence work on site and overseeing progress: preparing valuations of contractors work for payment: and issuing instructions for the works, upon receipt of your own prior approval in writing.

Step 6:
(COMPLETION)
Carrying out final inspections and snagging; obtaining completion certificate (e.g. “Déclaration attestant l’achèvement et la conformité des travaux”, – Completion of work in accordance with permit) etc.. ahead of you either moving in or taking occupancy of the completed project.
