Schematics for electrical and plumbing systems:

We may create a number of schematics to help your builders and artisans understand what your project requires.

• Electrical layouts illustrate the location of switch plugs, lighting switches, telephone, USB points, and TV points etc.., along with plumbing and waste designs depict bathroom fittings, waste pipes, outlets and so on.
• Plumbing layouts illustrate the location of hot / cold water supply requirements, sinks, basins, washing machines, dish washers, bathroom sanitary ware, heating system radiators, heated towel rails and so on.
• This allows you to determine the most efficient routes for your services and the ideal locations for outlets. Your artisan electrician and plumber can then guarantee that things are installed in the proper locations and in accordance with your specific requirements and specifications.
• Nothing is more aggravating than returning to your French project and seeing that your sockets and lighting are all in the wrong places!

Floor plans:

Your building permit dossier will immediately include comprehensive floor plans for your property.

• However, you may already own a house that does not require planning clearance, but you want to change the inside layout. We will collaborate with you to create the most effective and efficient internal layout possible, as well as scale floor plans that can be used to implement the changes.
